Assistant organizer.

At The Spruced Space, our Assistant Organizers play an important role in helping create calm, functional spaces for our clients. Working alongside a Lead Organizer, you'll assist in transforming homes through thoughtful organization, space planning, and hands-on implementation.

This role involves sorting, categorizing, setting up organizational systems, labeling, and preparing spaces with care and attention to detail. Every project is different, offering the opportunity to work in a variety of homes and help bring customized solutions to life.

We're looking for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work, has a strong eye for detail, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Most importantly, you'll help create a positive, supportive experience for our clients during what can often be an overwhelming process.

What You'll Do:

  • Work alongside a Lead Organizer on in-home organizing projects

  • Sort, edit, categorize, and organize client belongings

  • Assist with product setup, storage solutions, and labeling

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout each project

  • Load, unload, and transport organizing supplies as needed

  • Support a high-touch client experience with professionalism and care

  • Help create customized systems that are easy for clients to maintain
